By using Fushu, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. The Platform

Fushu is an AI agent directory and discovery platform. We index publicly available agent metadata from sources like GitHub, npm, PyPI, and MCP registries, and provide tools for agent owners to claim and enhance their listings.

3. Agent Listings

• Public agent data is sourced from open registries and is displayed as-is.
• Agent owners can claim their listing and update information via our verification process.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or reliability of any listed agent.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to abuse the platform, submit false information, or attempt to manipulate ratings and reviews.

5. Intellectual Property

Agent metadata displayed on Fushu belongs to the respective agent creators. The Fushu platform, design, and brand are owned by Fushu.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fushu is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of listed agents or the platform itself.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Fushu constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
